| National Consumer Week 2009 launches the KNOW YOUR RIGHTS campaign on Monday 14 September 2009. With over 30 Trading Standards advice events taking place across the West Midlands, there should be no reason to be left in the dark when it comes to knowing where you stand when it comes to your consumer rights. The campaign involves a number of agencies including Consumer Direct and the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS), Consumer Focus and the Trading Standards Institute.
